The drying time of wall paint depends on several factors, such as the type of paint, the thickness of the paint layer, and the temperature and humidity of the room.
Painting walls is one of the fastest ways to decorate.
By changing the tone of the wall, you can quickly and inexpensively change the mood yourself - without special machines or complicated tools.
In general, water-based wall paints dry to the touch in about 1–2 hours and can be repainted after 2–4 hours. Solvent-based paints may require a longer drying time: dry to the touch in 4–8 hours and repainted after 16–24 hours.

Frenchic wall paints dry in up to two hours!
Frenchic Paint wall paints are water-based and have a drying time of approximately 2 hours. It is important to note that even though the paint surface feels dry, it will not reach its final hardness until approximately three weeks later. During this time, the paint surface should be handled with care, avoiding heavy stress and cleaning. Frenchic Paint recommends allowing the paint surface to dry for at least 48 hours before careful use to achieve the best possible result.
So paint the walls with our wall paint and finish the room in style by painting the room's radiators, moldings and doors in the same shade with paints from the Trim Paint series .
If you choose the popular linen-toned Stone in Love wall paint shade, you can also find the same shade in the satin-matte Trim Paint series, which you can use to paint radiators, doors, frames, moldings or furniture. The convenient 500ml size is enough for about seven square meters, painted in one go.

Our wall paints are also suitable for many other different surfaces
You now have a real choice when it comes to painting panel walls, interior walls, skirting boards, doors and even radiators and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets in the picture are painted with dark green Stirling wall paint.
Instructions for painting kitchen cabinets can be found here.

Remember that the nature of colors changes depending on the lighting and the adjacent color. The color also repeats differently on horizontal or vertical surfaces. Assess the shade only when it is dry on the wall, not from the paint can.

Make sure you reserve enough paint to complete the project.
Standard industry advice is that if you need more than one can of paint, make sure they are from the same batch number or, if that is not possible, mix the paint batches before painting to ensure a consistent finish.
To speed up the drying time, it is recommended to keep the room well ventilated and ensure that the temperature is at least +10°C both day and night for the first 48 hours. Too high humidity or low temperature can slow down the drying process and affect the durability of the paint surface.
For optimal results, we recommend preparing surfaces before painting according to instructions and following painting instructions and drying times.
